1. Services Provided

Shynix Creative provides graphic design, logo design, brand identity design, and website design services. We design and develop websites but do not provide hosting, domain registration, or server management unless explicitly agreed.

2. Project Agreement

  • All projects begin after confirmation and agreement on scope and pricing.
  • Clients must provide required content, images, and materials on time.
  • Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payments

  • Advance payment may be required before starting the project.
  • Final files or website handover will be delivered after full payment.
  • Prices once agreed cannot be changed unless project scope changes.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed before project start. Excessive revisions or major scope changes may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final designs is transferred to the client after full payment.
  • Shynix Creative reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
  • Fonts, stock images, or third-party assets may carry separate licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all provided content does not violate copyright or laws.
  • Review and approve work in a timely manner.
  • Maintain their own hosting and domain (unless separately agreed).

7. Limitation of Liability

Shynix Creative shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses resulting from website downtime
  • Third-party hosting issues
  • Data loss after project delivery
  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated or payments are not completed. Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on project progress.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra, India.
