At Shynix Creative, we strive to deliver high-quality design and website services. Due to the nature of digital and creative work, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. No Refund After Work Begins

Once work has started and initial concepts, designs, or development has been delivered, refunds are not available.

This includes:

  • Graphic design services
  • Logo design
  • Website design and development
  • Custom digital services

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Starts)

A full refund may be granted only if:

  • Payment was made, and
  • No work has been started yet, and
  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment

3. Partial Refund Policy

If work has started but is not completed, partial refunds may be considered based on:

  • Work completed percentage
  • Time invested
  • Resources used

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed graphic designs
  • Delivered logos
  • Completed websites
  • Digital products or downloadable content

5. Revisions Instead of Refund

We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Clients may request reasonable revisions as agreed in the project scope.

6. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels the project after work has begun, no refund will be provided for completed work.
